Surprise surprise, ESPN screws up. If we aren't located in Peoria, Indiana then we must be the Bradley Bears...

Come on! Everyone knows that we are located in Springfield, Alaska, just ten miles to the east of Barrow, Alaska, and that we are really called the Bradley Polar Bears!

Wait, wait....Actually Bradley and Missouri St. recently merged and we changed our nickname to Bears from Braves and are now opening up a new branch of our university in Peoria, Florida....

Oh never mind! ESPN, please buy a clue!

              da Bears!

I could go for that. Not sure if that fits into our east coast marketing, but those Easterners would at least know the correct state...

I suggest filling out a 'bracket' on the NCAA website. I've got BU taking down Notre Dame in the final.

                Onward and Upward!

                  Story from BUBraves.com-
PEORIA, Ill. ? After sweeping through the 2010 State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Men's Soccer Championship, Bradley (11-8-3) drew a former Valley rival for its NCAA Tournament first-round game. For the first time in five NCAA Tournament appearances, the Braves will open postseason play on the road when they visit Tulsa (11-6-2) at 7 p.m. Thursday.

Bradley plays at Tulsa Thursday, 7:00 pm.

Should be a lot of fun to follow this year. I got my UofL cardinals on one side of the bracket, and bradley on the other - so at least I wont have to make any tough decisions for a few weeks ideally hehe

Here's to hoping for a run like '07. I'll never forget the game at OSU. Sending 5 or 6 buses full of students at 4 a.m. down an iced over interstate 74. Then at the game the fans were incredible cheering the whole game even with BU down big late. Man what a great day that was to be a Brave.

Yeah that was a lot of fun that day, wish I would've gone on the earlier trips.
