Heck of a game, kind of sucks that the Valley Tourney championship comes down to PKs

This is always open to debate. You can either play for five hours and still be tied, or solve things a lot quicker with PK's. But you're right in that it takes the outcome out of the players, though they still have to make the shots themselves.

Yeah, I saw it there too. I guess there are people who are on tape delay, which we always have issues with during the BB season.

Gotta feel bad for SIU-E losing the game like that.....well maybe not really, but you know what I mean! But I think they probably will earn an at-large bid themselves along with Creighton for a three bid league. Not bad! Hopefully this will rub off on the Valley in men's basketball this year too.

Heck of a game, played 1 man down for about 30 minutes and made some great saves during penalty kicks. The SIUE starting goalie certainly looked well enough to come back in and I think the SIUE coach will regret that decision. Either way, great job guys. Should be great momentum for next season and hopefully a good run in the Tourney.
