He looked great last night, and really helped return some hope for the season. I felt sick when I read TB would be out while driving down. (stopped waiting for a train not while the car was in motion). Really excited to see that the backcourt will be strong in the coming years with walt and dse.

Not only Walt and DSE but Remy and Donivine, 4 very good players.

Did anyone else notice how long Lemons uniform shorts were? It looked like he was wearing pants LOL. His shorts almost touched his shoes when he bent to take free throws. Nothing bad about it but was just interesting how long they were.

I agree AMC...I don't get excited about wether JL can, or can't coach bigs.

One could argue that JL prefers not running an offense run through bigs, but that also isn't the biggest issue.

My worry is if the bigs JL has recruited can't dominate a Div II school's inside players, BU is in for a world of hurt when the competition steps up.

With Apologies to Jose Carlos Burle...'Mas Bonita, Lemon Tres's!'
              AKA "Lemon Tree"

When I was a BU fan in the season of O-Ten, the BU Coach said to me,
"Come here and take a lesson watching the lovely Lemon play ’D’."
"Don't put your faith in our bigs, my boy", the BU Coach said to me,
"I hope we'll find more success with the lovely Lemon three."

Lemon’s game very pretty and the Lemon game is sweet
But the dribble drive of the guard Lemon is impossible to beat.
Lemon’s jump shot may not be very pretty, yet, Lemon’s game is sweet
Know the dribble drive of the guard Lemon is impossible to beat.

First season with Lemon on the team, our guard not in the starting five
A player so sweet that when he shoots, fans rise to cheer in reply.
We had passed the summer lost in the hope JL would play a line up with his big three
The optimism of our posts, hid Coach JL's words from me:

Lemon’s game very pretty and the Lemon game is sweet
But the dribble drive of the guard Lemon is impossible to beat.
Lemon’s jump shot may not be very pretty, yet, Lemon’s game is sweet
Know the dribble drive of the guard Lemon is impossible to beat.

One day TB left without a word. His loss took away the sun.
And in the dark TB left behind, I knew that BU was done.
When he left, he was replaced by another, it's a common tale but true.
While BU’s a shorter team, their quicker now, and JL sings these words to you:

Lemon’s game very pretty and the Lemon game is sweet
But the dribble drive of the guard lemon is impossible to beat.
Lemon’s jump shot may not be very pretty, yet, Lemon’s game is sweet
Know the dribble drive of the guard Lemon is impossible to beat.
