  • FWO picks BU 1st: Official Bradley Pep Rally Thread

    The Article

This team is special. Their bigs will step it up and their veteran guards will lead them to a conference championship.
I like what this guy thinks. I agree with everything he says.

    GO BU GO BU

    “Charge on, Charge on Bradley,

    March right down the field,

    Foes may press you,

    Foes may even stress you,

    But we’ll never yield.

    Fight for Alma Mater,

    Plunge right thru to victory.

Fight on , Fight on Bradley,

    And fight for varsity!”

LETS GO PEOPLE!!!!! The season is starting!

They should put the words to the fight song on the scoreboard. I've never even seen them before.

Are though the words for the fight song they play during games, or the "fight song/alma mater" they play after the game? If there are words for the one during games we gotta start the singing.

Those are for the fight song. BU kinda hides the words since they reference our non-existent football team.

The AD had better get working on new words to the fight song in that case. Unless they just want to apply it to soccer (and I know that it's a "pitch" instead of a field).
JL are not respunsible foor the string of injunrys....

Haha, I think changing the words to the fight song is a bit harder than you may think...

And in 'soccer' it is still a field, 'the pitch' is more the whole thing, it's kind of hard to explain. Soccer still ahs stadiums too, the pitch is kind of the total playing area, the benches, etc.

How abotu drive right down the court?

                      //

Uhhh... we'll never come up short? lol

Anyway, I think an SIU approach to fight song lyrics is good enough anyway. It's just to get the crowd going. Who cares if it has a football reference?
