Definitely need to organize a college basketball tourney in Phoenix/Glendale.

Think of all the luxury resorts in Scottsdale, hiking-biking opportunities, golf possibilities, and Grand Canyon/Sedona/Tombstone/Monument Valley side trips....Lots of lakes and rivers for water sports/fishing and some of the best swimming pools at the resorts....warm temps with no humidity....

Actually surprised there isn't something here like that already....With ASU and U of A co-hosting....

Unless there already is something I have missed in my first year here.

I've been Snowbirding in Mesa for 7 years and haven't heard of any tournaments except on the Junior college level. I don't think the Braves have played out there since the mid 60's. Would be nice to have them see how great that area is.
What part of illegal don't you understand?

I'd be more than fine with that....especially if we can rope in a local Big 10 team (Preferably Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin).

I play exclusively Newman because the blue tees are somewhat of a challenge and I live at BU.

Kellog is my only other choice because it is by my parents house. I think I have played Donovan 2 times this year?

I seen a list of the Non-BCS teams through 2013, and Bradley wasn't one of them.

I guess you can tell that it has been a long time since I have golfed! lol
For a number of reasons, I have not golfed for about 7-8 years. I guess the reason that I remembered Donovan was the 15th or 16th long par 4 which I had a chance to birdie back in the day. I had to settle for par which given my golf game, was a major reason to celebrate!

???It??™s awful hard,??™??™ said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??™s a hometown thing. It??™s bragging rights.??™

I play like I haven't played in 7-8 years. Those senior tees help a lot though. I'm usually happy with a bogey. For some reason I play better in Arizona.

                    It's the dry air

It's really weird - When I'm in AZ, I play better in IL. But when I'm in IL, I play better in AZ...

When you hit the ball as bad as I do, the air doesn't make any difference.
