I agree Dogs, just like putting, if it don't make it to the hole it can't go in. I've actually seen shots fall after they hit the shotclock...

My only defense was I wish I could of had a few warmup shots....even three pointers to get a feel. I haven't tried a half court shot in 20 years, any muscle memory has dried up.....I was so focused on NOT crossing the line I forgot to let er fly.

Oh well the players, fans and even coach Les were all great to me...Les did say, "Bob...I expected better from you (with a wink and smile).
