Bradley scored a 2nd goal late in the 2nd half, but it was disallowed on a late offside call. Then Drake was awarded a questionable penalty shot with 3 min left, allowing them to tie the game 1-1.
Then Drake scored with 30 seconds left to win 2-1.

No, it was Drake who scored with 30 seconds left to win 2-1.
Bradley dominated the action for the first half of the game, but it was scoreless at halftime. BU took a 1-0 lead on a goal by Aohdan Quinn in the 55th minute, and it appeared they scored a 2nd goal to go up 2-0 a litle later. But, after some celebrating, and as the players from both teams were walking back toward the center of the field, the referee blew his whistle and waved off the goal. From what I could see, it appeared the linesman ruled the play onside, and everyone I was with felt there was no question it was onside and a good goal, but the referee ruled offside despite his position close to midfield.
Then another atrocious call was a penalty near the Bradley goal that appeared the Drake player embellished being injured on ordinary contact between him and the BU goalkeeper, thus inducing the referee to award a penalty shot. That lead to the score being tied.
I hope others who may have watched the game give their comments, as what I saw was the game being taken away from Bradley and handed to Drake. The Bradley players were highly upset by these couple calls and appeared to run after the official after the game to give him a piece of their mind. Coach DeRose quickly got there and pulled them away as the official was escorted off the field to a lot of boos.

It happened pretty much how you put it out there DC. Everyone that I was with thought it was a goal - the students that were there, the cheerleaders, both teams - but this ref was making late calls the ENTIRE match - and he nullified the goal.
This just stung that much more because not two minutes later, after taking a goal away from us, he gave one to them when he called the foul on Billings who was clearly going for the ball. Keep in mind he is the goalie.
After the PK, you could tell DeRose was unhappy and could hear that he was yelling something across the field at the ref. His assistants stepped in between him and the official to avoid anything bad - Jim still got a yellow card.
Afterwards two or three of our players followed the officiating crew pleading with them for answers on how they could make such calls. I didn't much care for that part.
What was pretty humorous, at least to me, was that one of our assistants came and grabbed the two guys giving the refs a hard time, sent them back to the locker rooms and turned around and said (and you could here all of this because they were so close to the stands), "Those kids were absolutely right." Turned around and walked away.
Well, by this time, DeRose was off the bench to shake hands with a Drake team that was pretty humble about the whole thing...(fans were too...they knew they were given a pretty BIG gift)...and he told the refs that they had done their job, all be it terribly, and that it was time for them to leave the field, saying, "Just walk away" repeatedly.
When the officiating crew started off the field the shocked crowd didn't know whether to cheer for Jim or boo the refs - I did a little of both.
The whole situation was bad. Worst game changing 5 minutes I've ever seen.
