I can't remember did Sean already sign a letter of intent to BU? I wasn't sure if he just verballed or did he sign. If he hasn't signed yet does anyone know if he will sign this fall, Or is out of country and unable to do it now?

I was wondering the same thing about Harris. From what I know about Mormon missions, there are very stringent rules about contact with family and friends, so I wouldn't be surprised if either 1) the LOI was already filled out and will be ready to fax over to BU once the date approaches, or 2) the LOI comes in the spring when his mission is completed.#DunkOnYou

Well, just about everything you want to know about the letter of intent can be found right here...
I believe the exact provision that answers this question is here...although the dates will be November 10 - 17.
"The NLI must be signed between the dates of November 11-18, 2009
(the 14-day signing deadline is not applicable during the November signing
period). Additionally, the institution must file the NLI with its conference
office within 21 days of the date of final signature; otherwise, the NLI is
invalid."
also here...
"You may sign a National Letter of Intent only during the designated signing
period. If you sign a National Letter of Intent outside the appropriate signing
period, the National Letter of Intent shall be considered invalid."
and here..........
"Please remember that you may only sign a National Letter of Intent during a
permissible signing period."
