I can confirm that section 16 straddles the midcourt line on the players' bench side of the court. It is directly across from the scorer's table.
Section 15 is right behind the visitor's bench, and section 17 is right behind the Bradley bench.
Row A is the first row of the stands, but it is not at floor level, is it raised a little above the floor. Hope that helps. The ticket windows have nice enlarged seating charts they can show you, but you might have to ask to see them.

For broadcast purposes there are a couple openings at the top of section 16 and section 6 (Don't quote me on that section number)that have been used by Jim Rea and whoever is doing a broadcast of the game, but those are not on the floor.

Okay I have pictures on my phone because I forgot to grab my camera so once I figure out how to get my pictures off my phone and onto the internet then I'll post them on here.
As for Section 16 Row A, that is the first section behind the scorers table in the middle of the court (actually it is just a little off from the middle of the court as most of the section lies to the right of the center line. Row L begins the permanent seats that we don't move in during teardown.

AMc, perhaps you could try out ASU men's basketball tickets? Prices are reasonable and there seems to be plenty of seats available! We could meet up for a beer sometime! What part of illegal don't you understand?
