Missouri State gets commitment from 3-star forward

Christian Kirk, a 6'7" power forward who will be a senior at Kickapoo HS near Springfield, MO, has committed to Misouri State.

He played at St. Charles West HS near St. Louis the last 2 years.

Love how this kid plays.... Athletic as hell and tough hardnosed player.... Illinois was looking at him for a while and had him on campus a few times... Great get for Missouri State.

They have a good program going on there with Cuanzo, KW, and other coaches.
They seem to build a family-like program with quality young men since I've been following the Valley over the past 17-18 years - a lot like BU's program.
I tend to root for them except when they play BU, or if they're ahead of BU in the league standings.

Would like to see the Bears return to the Big Dance - rough couple years getting so close.
