anyone remember Mason Alwan - from the Richwoods' runnerup team a couple years ago??

Well ..he's not among the leaders in scoring in juco ball but he sure is among the leaders in shots attempted..

Mason has been taking 23 to 29 shots per game....his team must not have a lot of other options..

He was just 5 for 29 last night (0-9 from 3-pt) and on the season is 39-126 (31%) overall,
    and he's just 9-34 (26%) from 3-pt range...

Tornado- Mason graduated in 2010. I find it very interesting that you did not post any stats on Mason as a freshman.
Kaskaskia College is a nationally ranked D1 juco college with multiple players already with offers. NO excuses he did not have a good game. FYI: Mason has been the team captain for 2 years, was on the first team all region, and made the the Midwest all conference 2nd team. Their schedule has been very tough, it's the beginning of the season and we will see what happens in the end. Good Luck Mason, keep up the good work.

chitown, I keep up with dozens of kids - maybe hundreds...
and I was the only one in the past year and a half who has mentioned Mason's name -
But Lincoln Land is an unfamiliar D-II juco - so I can't possibly keep up with every stat...
anyway - his stats from last year were similar - lots of shots taken and low shooting percentages
