For every dollar you don't spend in Indiana, I'm spending two. I just might change my Spring Break plans. I had enough fun in Panama City last year. Who wants to spend Spring Break in beautiful Bloomington, Indiana with me?
You have fun in Bloomington. What EJ did was wrong and unless we are just as shallow as the illini fans we should realize this. I don't have any sympathy for them, because they should have had a contingency plan for Gordon. No way should they have just settled on him. This has been going on all summer, you would think when he was dining with KS i BLOOMINGTON that BW would have gotten the clue that he wasn't coming. Oh well that is their problem. We got AT and our tranfers coming in after this year. The future is bright in P-Town.

      New talent brings new rivalries

      Indiana vs. Illinois

Why you'll want to watch: College basketball has a new soap opera and it stars Indiana freshman Eric Gordon. It began in November 2005 when the explosive guard from Indianapolis, ranked the No. 2 prospect in the class of 2007, committed to the Illini. Four months later, Kelvin Sampson took the Indiana job, and almost immediately began recruiting Gordon, much to the chagrin of Illini coach Bruce Weber. Gordon wound up signing with Indiana. The switch makes the Hoosiers a possible preseason top 10 team and left many Illinois fans crying foul.
Marquee matchup: Gordon and Sampson vs. the Illinois fans. What kind of reception can these two expect at Illinois' Assembly Hall? Something says it won't be pretty.
      Series: Indiana leads 81-77.

Wow, that boycott will really hurt Indiana. Are you serious? We have all lost players we thought we had. Remember the name Grundy?
What part of illegal don't you understand?

Live and learn, I say. I don't know about Illinois fans but that whole Gordon thing smells like bad fish. KS will have Indiana in hotwater before it's all over, and that should be comeuppance enough.

It smells to me that Illinois would have been Gordon's 2nd choice all along, had Mike Davis not been the head coach at Indiana. Once Davis left, Gordon was able to go where he wanted to.
