There was also a rumor last week that new Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau was looking to possibly hire former NY Knicks and Charlotte Hornets player Larry Johnson as an assistant coach for the Bulls. However, that now does not appear likely to happen-
And ESPN/ABC commentator, and former NBA coach, Jeff Van Gundy declares that the Miami Heat will break the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls' record of 72 wins this year. He also thinks they may break the Lakers 33-game winning streak, and they will not lose 2 games in a row all year. He also predicts that the Lakers are the only team with any chance to defeat the Heat for the NBA Championship.-
