          I think we'd have more non-BCS seletcions than BCS for the first time ever, maybe drastically so!

              We all know that's how it works. But you can believe that if some site posted something critical of BU, there would be people making a big deal out of it, and claiming it to be legitimate.

                Hey, on the positive, the fact that we DO avoid losing seasons and can at least talk postseason every year leads to good standing among low-majors. Just like Duke can cherry pick mid-majors to play to boost their RPI, maybe Bradley gets into the position of cherry picking the best low-majors to play to avoid RPI damage.

                Sure, it's not the holy grail or anything, but it's a nice little bonus as the program.

                  Bradley = Perennial Powerhouse?

                  Only if:

                  Perennial Powerhouse = NCAA's once a decade!

                  or

                  Perennial Powerhouse = Winning lots of games from 2000-2009 in post season tournaments that aren't NCAA or NIT...

                  Western Carolina probably didn't want to say anything that would end up in Bradley's locker room on the blackboard before the game!

                  Always nice to be recognized though.

                    When we beat Duke at Cameron, people will look back and say that was the first step in BU going from mid-major to Powerhouse. I'll settle for a Valley title and another Sweet 16 this year.

                      If you check their past schedules, I think it is an easy assessment to say that Bradley is the best non-conference opponent they have hosted at home in at least 6-8 years...
