I think Leno would be a big enough name to get quite a few students to go. They wouldn't go because he's funny but because...it's Jay Leno...in Peoria. That'd be a hard opportunity to pass up if the student prices are decent IMO.

Of course, I'm sure the alums and local non-students would be willing to go too.

I just glanced at the article and didn't see a start time for Leno. But I'm guessing it's a 7p start time....maybe 8p. Either way, if my name is Jim Derose, I'm pissed that you scheduled over the homecoming game that starts at 6.

as I understand, the reason the final details and info about tickets are not yet finalized,
is because the folks at BU are already hard at work on this issue, and when it's resolved,
there will be NO conflict between the Leno appearance and the homecoming soccer game...

Kind of share sentiments of many on here - Like the 'name' recognition, but not a fan personally.

I've heard him say, on Fridays, at the end of the show, where he is going to perform over the weekend. So maybe Bradley and Peoria will get a shout-out at the end of his show on 10-15 on national TV. That would be cool Maybe someone can talk him into putting some Bradley video on his show the following Monday - maybe he could tape one of his skits with some of the students. It's possible that good things could come from this. I like his show.
