Why not do it like baseball? You can enter the draft after high school, but if you choose not to and go to college you cannot enter the draft for 3 years. I think that would help a lot and it makes sense. The guys that are good enough to go out of high school will go, and everyone else will have to stay in school for at least 3 years.
He makes sense, the top talent in the NCAA will go to the NBA before they graduate, so if you still have seniors, you didn't have the top talent (most likely). But the whole 12 credits first semester for 1 season of eligibility system needs to be changed. Maybe the NBA should draft after the school year, at least force 1 full year of class.

Here's a little more on how slimy John Calipari's recruiting philosophy is...
Calipari knew that 5-Star recruit Chase Behanan was on his way for his visit at cross-state rival Louisville...
The next part of the story comes from a premium report in which the recruit says Calipari wait's til the kid is in the car almost to Louisville, then calls the kid on the phone, sweet talks him, offers him a scholarship, and talks down Louisville!
This all seems a bit suspicious if you ask me. What kid would just say yes to KY while they are heading to a meeting with Rick Pitino.
Cal: Chase you step on that campus and our $100K offer is off the table.
Chase: Come on Cal I promised Rick I would check out what he has to offer.
Cal: What's Rick offering you?
Chase: Nothing man only you and CT have offered me cash and if you bump it up I'm heading to KY.
Cal: OK, only if you turnaround right now and declare your intentions to us.
Chase: OK - done deal but I want it all in small bills.

Or how about this....which actually just happened!!
Chane...if you carry through with this and visit that rat Pitino -- then the money and the Lexus are off the table
and tomorrow we give those offers to another 5-Star kid
who's never even visited our campus and watch him snap it up...
