    The Illinois Basketball Coaches Association All-Star games were held Saturday night at the Shirk Cebter on the camous of Illinois Wesleyan University.
    The 2 games pitted stars from the North vs. South in the Class 1A-2A game, followed by the Class 3A-4A game. The North stars won both games, but they were both close, 2-point games.
    In the 1A-2A game, Taylor Baxter of Fieldcrest (headed to North Dakota State) was the North MVP, scoring 14 points in the North's 96-94 win.
    In the 3A-4A game, Richwoods star guard Tylon Deal (Lincoln College) scored 20 points and was the MVP for the South team, but the North team led by North MVP Jay Harris' 28 points (Oswego East- headed to Valparaiso) and Crandall Head's 24 points (headed to Illinois) posted a 110-108 win.
    Tyler Les (UC-Davis)scored 17 points, and was 4-4 from three point range, and Champaign Centennial's Rayvonte Rice (Drake) had 18 points and a team-leading 7 rebounds for the 3A-4A South. Karl Madison (Drake) had 12 points.



    Illinois State recruit Jordan Threloff scored 13 points and had 15 rebounds for the 3A-4A North. Only 9 of the 15 players for the 3A-4A North showed up.
