UConn is cited for NCAA Violations

The NCAA cites UConn for numerous violations..

....it's only been going on a year and a half since the facts of the cheating were exposed...and all the evidence was laid out for the NCAA by Yahoo...
Calhoun even said then...
"Someone could’ve made a mistake"

In addition, the Hartford newspaper has also uncovered a ticket scandal at UConn...

University of Hartford is going to get the death penalty for sure

NCAA has delayed the penalty phase of these violations until after a hearing in OCTOBER!!...then even after that hearing,
it is routinely a couple months before any decision is announced on sanctions...and so far in these BCS cases,
the delay is longer...so it's clear they are trying to delay this thing enough for UConn to be able to get the entirety of next season in before the hammer falls ever so gently..

In other words...they're giving them yet another delay of SIX - TWELVE MONTHS! So what's all that about??
