Creighton got a verbal commit from little brother Kaleb Korver.
Kaleb is the youngest Korver, a senior at Pella, IA.
6-4 shooting guard, rated zero stars by Rivals, and unrated by scout, had been recruited by Northern Iowa and a couple other MVC schools.
In other Creighton news, Josh Dotzler is reported to be on target to get cleared to begin play by November, maybe December at the latest.
Creighton also still has an opening for one more game on their schedule and is having a terrible time getting an opponent. They may settle for a D-II or D-III.
New Bluejay, highly touted juco Ty Morrison, is apparently quite ill with Graves Disease and had lost 40 pounds since last spring.
He is under treatment and recovering, and is hoping to be ready to play by season's start.
Wichita State got a verbal from Denzell Bowles.
He is a 6-9 forward from Virginia Beach, VA.
Rated 2-Star by scout, and rated zero stars by Rivals.
He chose WSU over offers from Providence, Rhode Island, George Mason, St. Bonaventure, Virginia Commonwealth and St. Josephs.
Shockers also have Graham Hatch, a one star SG from AZ, who committed to WSU in 2005 and then went on a Mormon Mission.
He is set to come back for 2007, and is said to still be offered the scholarship.
