4-Star guard walking on at Indiana?

Walter Offutt, a 4-Star, top 75 guard out of Indianapolis, who was offered and verbaled to Ohio State in the same class as
BJ Mullens and Williams Buford (2008 )...never really panned out...then he left Ohio State..
While at OSU, he played sparingly in his freshman season and played in only 2 games early in his soph season,
Then left & and transferred to Wright State, and sat out 2009-2010, and now that a new coach is coming in at Wright State
(Billy Donlan) ..apparently he does not feel he's wanted there.......
he is not eligible at WSU until the 2nd semester since he transferred after the season started last year.....
Now he's talking about walking on at IU, but he wouldn't be eligible (without a waiver) until fall of 2011, and would have only 2 seasons left.

Now Walter Offutt says he is down to two schools...

He can walk on at Indiana (since transferring from Ohio State prevents him from being on scholarship)...
or he can accept a scholarship at Ohio........
the kid says his decision is 50-50....
