Ben Smith of Northern Oklahoma College – Enid where he averaged 21 ppg and 11 rpg.

He is a former teammate of Wayne Runnels of Creighton, who also played at Northern Oklahoma College-Enid.
This puts Wichita State at 13 scholarship players for next year.

He is listed at #61 on JucoJunction's list of top 150 junior college players for 2010.

Wichita State is slowing but surely separating themselves from the rest of the league. They should be without a doubt favorites to win the league next season. Are we going to sign anyone. Its been a week now and I'd like to see us sign somone but not sure its going to happen. just have to wait and see. Why is it so quite?

Wichita will be good, but I don't see them being head-and-shoulders above everyone else next year. The loss of Hannah will hurt them a lot.
Their record looked nice, but that had a lot to do with playing teams like Arkansas-Monticello, Fairleigh Dickinson, Alcorn State, Texas Southern, South Carolina-Upstate, Missouri-Kansas City, North Dakota State, and a bad Iowa team.

And I do believe Bradley will sign another player or two.

DC I agree they don't play a very good schedule but I'm basing my predictions on their returning players and what they did in the Valley last year. Yes losing Hannah will hurt but I think they have reloaded. Glad to hear you think we will get 1 or 2 more signees.

I won't make an argument, but...and they did have a good year finishing 2nd in the Valley..

but after a 16-2 start against pretty weak schedule at that point -
they then finished down the stretch from mid-January on going 9-8...and going 0-1 in the NIT.

They did lose a player who some thought deserved consideration for the MVP in the league.
...and he was 1st Team All Conference..Wichita's leading scorer, 3-pt shooter, FT shooter, & assist guy..

Huh?
BU finished tied for 5th in the Valley that year...and going into the the next season, we lost our top 4 scorers from that team (O'Bryant, Sommerville, Bennett, Boogie Wright).
Yet you are somehow confused why no one at that time was saying that "BU has separated themselves from the rest of the league"...and "should be favorites to win the league next year"...C'mon. You can't really be crying foul about that. That's just silly.
