    Tonight is the Rameybasketball.com All-Star Game at St. Louis University's Chaifetz Arena.
    This game faces off the St. Louis area high school All Stars vs. the Chicago area All Stars.

    "The Chicago All-Stars roster includes Bradley recruit Walter Lemon (Chicago Julian),
    Nevada recruit Phil Jackson (Hyde Park), Marquette recruit Reggie Smith (Thornton),
    Western Illinois recruit Marlo Redman (Crete Monee), Southern Methodist recruit Fabyon Harris (Hyde Park),
    Rico Hill and Darius Gholston (Bogan), Lashayne Purdy and Oscar Howell (Robeson), Paul Bunch (North Lawndale"





    Last night was the Chicago High School Classic in which the North squad beat the South squad 117-111

    South:
    Rayvonte Rice (Drake) 18 pts, 8 rebs
    Dwayne Evans (SLU) 12 pts, 11 rebs, 3 asst, 4 blk
    Ahmad Starks (Oregon State) 11 pts
    Anthony Johnson (Purdue) 11 pts
    Reggie Smith (Marquette) 10 pts
    Vince Garrett (Chicago Marshall HS) 12 pts, 9 rebs

    North:
    Mike McCall (Saint Louis) 17 pts, 4 rebs, 3 asst, 3 stl
    Tommy Woolridge (Eastern Illinois) 13 points, 14 rebs, 6 asst
    Alex Dragicevich (going to Notre Dame) 15 pts (6-13)
    Jordan Threloff (ISU) 14 pts
    Jay Harris (Valpo) 9 pts, 4 rebs


    MVP of the South team was Dwayne Evans (Saint Louis) with 12 pts, 11 rebs
    MVP of the North team was Alex Dragicevich (going to Notre Dame) 15 pts (6-13)
    and the 3-pt contest was won by Jay Harris (Valpo) with Ahmad Starks finishing 2nd.
    Marcus Lewis from Streamwood won the night’s slam dunk competition over Vince Garrett from Marshall.

    But Walter is going to be in the Chicago Public League Basketball Coaches Association's Luther Bedford All-Star Classic on April 17, 2010.

    There will be two boys' All Star games with the following players from the Chicago school noted...

    Bogan: Rico Richardson
    Brooks: Kendrick Nichols, Keenan Smith
    Crane: Jeremy Newton, Alfred Ingram
    Curie: Jeremy Price
    Dunbar: Michael Mack

        Fabyon Harris was given his release by the University of Houston.

          Harris is a high scoring, 5'8" point guard with some serious issues. He has been committed to Northern Colorado, and SMU, and renegged on them, then he committed to Houston, went there, and after a very short time has now left there, too.

          I don't believe Bradley has ever been seriously interested in Harris.
