I think Wichita will get an 8 seed, MSU will be a 15 seed, UNI gets an 18 seed, and BU makes the tourney as a 20 seed.
I'm especially looking forward to Bradley's coveted matchup between the 13 and 20 seeds...I hear it will be the "new 5-12" matchup with one of the lower seeds winning every year!
Sadly, this will probably become the new rhetoric for the tourney.

I think 96 teams is the equivalent of the IHSA going to the 4 class system. It ruined the excitement and buzz around that one, it will probably do the same with this one.

But everyone needs a participation ribbon!
IHSA moving from 2 classes to 4 classes ruined everything....

Agreed, great analogy. Heck, Iowa has 4 classes in HS and it is comical because it seems like every recruit in either basketball or football from the state of Iowa has won multiple state championships. In a perfect world, Illinois would have 2 classes for bball, 4 for football, and a small state like Iowa would only have 1 or 2 classes.
Oh yeah, and the NCAA tourney would stay at 65 teams.
