    Go BU!!
Unless you count UNLV during the 90's or Memphis last year.

Either way, nice to see the mighty Horizon League on the cusp of a national championship!

True. Former major team in a former major conference. But more importantly Calipari cheated his way there.

I want to hear what Digger and company have to say! Love it even though that kills my chance to win the bracket challenge!

Not really a pretty game and while I was for Butler I wouldn't have cared if MSU won either.

I thought that Butler got as many or more calls than MSU too...the game was called pretty fair IMO. Neither team could score the last 10 minutes

I don't really consider Memphis a "little guy" though since they were already an established national program and power. But, I see your point.

The ref-funny-biz continued with the strange maneuvering on the last posession with the bizarre clock stoppage. Not to mention that they actually added time to the clock despite the fact that the clock absolutely started on time. Was weird. The last shot was also a good no-call, not a phantom non-call, in my opinion.

Also, for what it's worth, I think Kellogg gives mids a fair amount of respect. He roots for the B10, but he called bad calls bad calls and good no calls good no calls much of the time. He also gave a lot of credit on specific plays to Butler guys.

I believe Butler has a better chance against WVU than against Duke. Duke is just too big. It would be like playing your mirror image - except bigger, stronger, faster, and deeper.

I agree with you. I don't have a problem with any of the announcers and commentators.........other than when Walton was doing it.

Good young coach makes the correct decision on fouling with a 3 point lead with 2 seconds left in game, like the call to foul as Mich.St. does not get off a 3 pointer at the end that could have tied the game.

The refs called them the same both ways no complaint there. It is the way they called the game that I have a problem. They were closer to MVC refs during the season then during Arch Madness. There were a few no calls that I thought that were correct that went mostly Butler's way. I'd grade them B+ when I'd like to have seen an A.

What fun it must be to be a Butler fan. We can only dream that one day we'll be there.

I really like Izzo, but he just insinuated his team should have been called for a foul on the last play. Just give the other team credit. Unless it's blatant I hate coaches doing that.

It might be the correct decision, and the right strategic move, but I still don't like it. I am glad Butler won, but I would see two teams playing basketball to see who wins then foul. Just my opinion.

Also thought it was cool to see Butler sing what I think was their fight song after the game. Really shows some school pride.

One of my best friends from home and Bradley is there with his sister who attends Butler, and he will be going to Butler next year for grad school. He said it is absolutely nuts there. I can only imagine the Butler Campus and really all of Indy tonight... I don't think I can explain how much Indiana loves basketball and how much they'll rally around a team like Butler. Gordon Hayword and Shelvin Mack are going to be gods for the rest of their lives in the state of Indiana.

A lot of IU fans want Brad Stevens as coach... How much do you think Crean's buy-out is? haha

It's interesting, btw, given the state of Indiana basketball right now... Could Butler really win a lot of fans from Indiana U (and Purdue maybe)?

I'm sure it's awesome to be at Butler or in Indy right now. I'd like to see it one day at Bradley and Peoria... Butler's restoring my faith that it can be done.
