  • Isiah Thomas

As far as I can tell, this is not an April Fool's joke.
Isiah Thomas is making a push for the DePaul job-
One hundred years provides more than several lifetimes full of highlights, some lowlights, and many memories. Here’s a look at 100 years of the Western Golf Association and the Western Open. …

That would be really entertaining, because Isiah is just a terrible coach, manager, and person. He wouldn't last long, and then they'd have an awkward goodbye.

Isiah has no chance at this job unless he has earned his degree. I know he left IU after his soph year. Does anyone know if he ever went back to finish? The lack of a degree is exactly why Mark Aguirre has no shot at the job despite his desires for it and status as a DePaul legend. FIU might hire an Isiah Thomas without the degree but a fine academic institution like DePaul will not.

Can I endorse Reggie Theus too?

I think he'd be great for recruiting and the general state of DePaul basketball...

Look at what he did for Louisville recruiting and NM State bball in a short period of time.

I like Reggie Theus and he is one guy that has not asked for anything that he has not earned. I'd take him over Isiah on any day of the week.

                News regarding Isiah Thomas-
Hard to believe this, but after destroying the Knicks for years, Isiah is being considered by the Knicks to be brought back as a General Manager. He even cost the club a bundle for a sexual harassment case, in addition to single-handedly destroying the CBA.
A reunion between Isiah Thomas and the New York Knicks is possible, according to Donnie Walsh.

Anytime the great and wonderful zeke gets a chance to embarass himself, I get giddy. Here is hoping for a return to the Knicks, and further destruction of his already terrible reputation!
