No team in the MVC loses more of their scoring and rebounding than ISU, and they replace those players with unproven kids. And haven't we learned that juco stats don't necessarily predict what a kid will do at D1? Will Franklin was a 7 ppg scorer in juco and turned out to be one of Bradley's top scorers. Ty Cole-Scott had similar impressive numbers in juco.
Maybe "they will be the team to beat", but I'd be willing to bet they are not picked in the top 3 in the preseason voting next fall. And that Bradley will be picked ahead of ISU.
Your kidding I hope I'll take that bet
Also I did not mean to imply that he will be their starting point guard or the reason I think they will be the team to beat I agree with you about not knowing how a kid will do in D1. This kid seems to have a game and carries a very impressive resume compared to the normal JUCO players, especially over the ones you have mentioned. I don't think I have to explain what I meant by a Inside/Outside game they will have. We seen it in St. Louis and yes Hannah will be missed but I think they have a coach capable of finding a replacement.
HOW MUCH OH YES, not sure about the grass but you green will look mighty fine on this side

Yes, my mistake...must be something about April Fool's Day.
Sorry OOB, I thought I was still in the thread about ISU maybe getting Cousins, the point guard. I agree that WSU will be the team to beat next year.

OK For a moment, with all those instant bets coming in agaist you, I thought we were going to have to get someone to hold the money And I can tell you, no one was going to go along with it being t

Why no mention of how the guy does with assists?
I posted the stats and just glossed over it. Looks like he had 3.1 assists/gm over his two years. Not bad

I agree that the Shox should be the favorite and if we get a true big we should step into the next spot below them. We get JW and a big, watch out Valley!

I said it before, if we get one or especially if we get both of those things, 2 Valley teams (WSU, BU) could very well be ranked next year! The Valley might be back next year.
