WOW!!!!!!!!!Didn't see that coming.
Eric Buescher has resigned as associate head coach of the Bradley men's basketball team, effective immediately, according to a news release issued Monday morning.
"I enjoyed my experience at Bradley University, and I appreciate the opportunity given to me by Coach (Jim) Les," Buescher said in the release. "With a recent change in my family situation, I am choosing to pursue other interests at this time. I wish Coach Les and the basketball program great success."
Head coach Jim Les was quoted as saying: "We are very appreciative to Eric for all the hard work and contributions that he has made to our basketball program. We wish him great success in his future endeavors."

can you link me to your quote where you predicted Eric Buescher was going to resign?
btw-- I have heard from a mod, that any posts with comments that are critical of any of the coaching staff will NOT be allowed...
please watch what you say...

This does not surprise me. Brown to BU would surprise me though!Bradley 72 - Illini 68 Final
???It??™s awful hard,??™??™ said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??™s a hometown thing. It??™s bragging rights.??™

Thanks Eric for seeing the light (ISU alum) and joining the "good side"
With the right hire, this can be a positive opportunity for BU. Being in D1 coaching can be crazy in what it can do to your family life. Of course, you always wonder why you'd leave a job in this economy.
There have always been valid reasons why each assistant should have a valid place on a D1 coaching staff. It's not bad hiring the son of coaching legend, It's not bad hiring a good recruiter from the juco ranks, it's not bad hiring a former player to learn and grow as a coach, it's not bad promoting from within. Losing quality guys like Forrester and CB makes it tough for any new guy to fill their shoes.

if you wish - send well wished to Eric at ebuescher@bradley.edu..
but with his wife working in the area as a teacher, a child on the way, and a whole lot of "other good coaching jobs" out there, I can only say Good Luck EBish!
