When will Assistant be Announced?

I would think this would be a prime time to announce our new assistant. I am assuming we will be getting one. Anyway, we have had plenty of time to think about who to bring in and most teams are finishing up their seasons. I would think the only holdup would be if the team they are on is still playing or they want to wait until after signing day.

I would think for BU we would want him in place before signing day.

I am not in a huge hurry, but I really would like an experienced bench coach when the season begins.

I don't think it will be done until after the Final Four at the earliest. I also think there may be more than one new coach, but I am just speculating.

I have heard Eddie's name bantered around in regards to the Morton job.

Does this mean JC is out as a coach for BU? Is there any chance he stays on and somebody else leaves? Does any body know exactly what we are looking at doing as far as assistants go in terms of who is staying and going?

I would agree, but look at everything else in play. Mathews is a former Versace player, member of a great BU team, he's local, and he's a JL friend. Unfortunately I don't think we're going to have the deepest pool to choose from for reasons that probably would be frowned upon if they were posted on here.
