Great game!!! Great team effort! Great defense!! JL conquered Dana Altman!!! That has got to feel good! I have a feeling we will be wearing black again tomorrow!
Btw, anyone realize who the only team left in the Valley we haven't beaten is??? Hint we might see them in the championship if we get there!!Comment

That's because a 3-18 record against Altman would light up anyone! Altman was due to have a season like this. Creighton will be MUCH MUCH better next year. Mark my word. Fantastic effort on both the defensive end, especially forcing CU to push there offense constantly out past the 3pt line and we contested the passing lanes all day long.
Offensively we did a very good job of getting into the lane, forcing the issue and getting to the line and making free throws... awesome effort, our best effort I will say since Illinois.
Only thing I can even remotely B**ch about was offensive rebounding... gave them 19 but thats all I can even come up with.
And I want to say two things... I am not big on dunking being a big deal but those two especially the last one by Roberts was absolutely incredible.
And Egolf, he did a fantastic job tonight being strong v Lawson and he worked extremely hard at getting the passing lane closed on any entry passes to the post... same goes for Singh.
Play this way tomorrow and Sunday is not anywhere out of the question.Comment

A pretty successful college coach once told me that a dunk like those of CR's are worth more than just 2 points. They can sometimes demoralize a defense, and turn the momentum of a game around.
