  • MVC TV coverage of the Tourney

Besides the championship game being played on CBS the MVC Tourney IMO is horribly covered for any national exposure. Lesser conferences are on ESPN. ESPN360 like The MAC, Big South and Big West. It takes anyone outside of the midwest some effort to watch these games.

Anyone know what channel FS - Midwest is on Comcast or is it different from region to region? They could have at least streamed it!

I believe Fox Sports Midwest has a contract with the MVC, which is why they call it the MVC-TV. Therefore, national channels like the ESPN line won't be able to broadcast it. I highly suspect someone will stream it on channelsurfing.net though and at least the Champ. game is on CBS.

Also, the Fox Sports Midwest is on channel 57 in Peoria, it's a different channel # in different Comcast regions.

Going through and setting up my Tivo for the slate of afternoon games... and not finding all of the games! In Morton, so I get the same Comcast channels as Peoria... but only the UNI and BU/CU game are listed. After that its a show about March Madness and NHL Hockey...

I thought all of these were on FS Midwest?

Edit Nevermind... it's just that those first two games are the only two apparently being broadcast in HD... the regular chan 57 has the other two...
