Tonight was just another example of why coming down for the play-in games is fun (if BU isn't playing). Met some great fans from SIU and MSU. Heard some interesting things on why some MSU tunes/chants were gone, why they now had TWO mascots (to our ZERO), etc. and the like. A couple of good games that came down to the end. Can't believe SIU lost to Drake 3 times...wow. I think WSU will get a good test from MSU, although I was surprised there weren't more Bear faithful there. Every team playing tomorrow sat by us, and were totally accessible to all fans who wanted to say hi, talk trash, or whatever. The players took all in stride (for all teams). We all know Jim Les is probably the best player coaching in the league, but you can tell Dana, Cuonzo, and Kevin Mc were all players. Big guys (and I am not small). I look forward to this all year...off to a good start already (oh and up a few bills from the Lumiere ).
