Kelvin Sampson Commits MORE Recruiting Violations!

It is being reported in Indianapolis that they are a bit worried about Kelvin, as he appears to have violated one of the restrictions the NCAA placed upon him as his penalty for illegal recruiting.
As part of his penalty for the 500+ illegal phone calls, he was
prohibited from
"engaging in any off-campus recruiting activities" for a period of one year.

So Kelvin going to dinner at a Bloominton restaurant with Eric Gordon and Derrick Rose appears to have been a violation.
Will it never end?
Does anyone else think the NCAA will look the the other way?

My guess would be because he's Kelvin Sampson, at a BCS school and thinks he's above it all. Just a guess though.

I thought the Indiana compliance people checked it out and said the restaurant named Yogi's was officially located "on campus", even though its located a few blocks away from the actual campus. The NCAA restrictions do allow him to meet with recruits as long as it's on campus.
