So has the Valley gone from two players to five players in the NBA in a couple of months?
Hopefully Miller will stick around the league for many years.

I am aware of SIX ex-Valley players who are now on NBA rosters, and maybe even a seventh,
if you count all those who had ever signed a LOI to a Valley school.

        Patrick O'Bryant
        Anthony Parker
        Danny Granger
        Paul Miller
        Troy Hudson
        Kyle Korver

and Anthony Grundy who had signed with BU before going instead to NC State is on the Atlanta Hawks roster.

Come on, Big Wind, LOI's and Grundy don't count.

Hey, I know, that's why I put him in a separate subgroup.

Good find...Maurice Evans, who did attend Wichita State was acquired by the Lakers,
and is presently on the Lakers roster.

He went to Wichita State out of high school, then transferred to Texas.

A new story in the New York Post says that Paul Miller and ex-Virginia PF Elton Brown were both signed to compete for just one open roster spot (created when the Knicks bought out the contract of Maurice Taylor), and one of the two will be cut.

But they say this about Elton Brown without any mention of how Miller is doing:
"Knicks...sign two big men to compete for the open roster spot: Wichita State center Paul Miller and Virginia power forward Elton Brown. Word is, Brown has given Eddy Curry all he could handle in scrimmages."

Sounds like Paul Miller will have to work for that spot!
