Pretty sweet! Gotta love the free exposure BU is getting with those. It's already helped us land one big guy!

Would there be any card places in the Peoria area that would sell these basketball cards? It's been a couple of decades since I collected baseball cards.

I spent an endless amount of time collecting all the cards of all the Bradley players for years, but have given up since the late 90's.

As much as you'd think that there are probably only a few such cards, once you get into it, you find literally dozens of regional, foreign language, and other variants.

In just the Hersey Hawkins albums alone I have over 500 different cards, and so I suspect it will ultimately get that difficult with POB because of all the variants.

The signed insert cards are always the toughest since they are so limited, and just getting a regular card signed isn't the same.
Good luck, and if you want to buy out my collection that goes all the way back to early in the 20th century, and also includes the only known full 16-card set of the cards produced by Bradley University in the early 1980's, and pocket schedule cards from the 60's, let me know.
I also have hundreds of Chet Walker cards, Steve Kuberski, Al Smith, Bobby Joe Mason (Globetrotter cards), and those of every other BU guy.

Try Baseball Card City on Glen Ave. just East of War memorial. Talk to the owner Randy, he'll help you get any card you want.

Thanks. I actually had just looked up baseball cards in the yellow pages online and was going to go to Baseball Card City after work. I've probably went past there a thousand times since I live close by (Rolling Acres).
