FYI, the USA men's hockey team is up 4-0 on Finland, halfway through the first period! Finland has just changed their goalie and have already used up their one and only timeout.

It's still early, but it looks like one half of the USA/Canada rematch is already set!

Make no mistake, the Finns are a good team, but the Americans simply came out on fire and have not let up, taking advantage of every mistake the Finns make and playing incredibly aggressively.

This is a truly fun hockey game to watch and anyone who is missing it should watch it on replay tonight...

The US scored fast and furious and had 6 goals in the first 12 min, 46 sec!!

I expect the Americans to just settle back and play defensively and save their energy for the Gold Medal game vs. the winner of the Canadians vs. the Slovaks

I completely agree with the lack of effort, me and my buddies were watchin this in complete awe. However, I doubt we beat Canada again, but if we do all the better!

Yeah, the US played on "cruise control" the rest of the way. But what a fun first 13 minutes this game was!

Obviously we are going to have to play a full game to beat Canada or whomever on Sunday.....

Miikka is one of the best goaltenders in the world, and the Americans pushed him to the point he just skated off the ice. We scored more goals against them in 5 minutes than everyone else in the entire games.
