  • What the rivals want

Shouldnt come as much surprise, but those at ISU seem to think their 2 wins over us means we are a good matchup for them in STL.

As much as they all want this matchup, I think a lot of us want payback and could be on the same wavelength as them. Never thought I'd say that.

Can't blame them for favoring that matchup.

yup, they're so good they can beat us without even trying - and maybe they should just rest their starters...

I agree, the way theyve owned us rebounding and inside. I dont know why, but for some reason a matchup like this to start the tournament I think could be the kick in the pants this team needs to put a run together. On paper, not the best looking for us by far, but I really want it to happen.

Thats unrealistic; however a 2 man lineup consisting of King O launching whatever the he** he feels like and Dinma there to rebound, would work just fine.

I completely hear you on that. It's going to take a special run and a win over ISU would be a great way to jump-start it. There's no point in winning a nothing first game, just to lose the second, so why not go for it all in the first round.

Since when do the winners of the 4/5 game and the 3/6 game play each other?

If BU finishes 4 or 5th and ISU finishes 3rd, they can't meet til the Championship.

An Illinois State win and a Bradley win tonight means Bradley will either be 4th or 5th and Illinois State will either be 2nd or 3rd.

Personally I just don't want to see Mo State. We don't match-up well with them.

If things go like you said tonight...

Mo State will most likely be in the 7/10 game...

It also looks as though most seeds will be locked up except for the 2/3 difference....I still believe Wichita gets the 2, but we shall see...

Question is, would Illinois State rather face Indiana State or Missouri State/Evansville Fri night?
