I liked a couple quotes from 2 articles....

One, from Elgin:
"We're not getting those teams (BCS) on our courts... It seems like there is a determined effort not to go to arenas like ours."... "It's not balanced in Division I"

Gee, I thought the NCAA was all about fairness and political correctness. (for example Title IX and the Indian ban)

Another quote, from Katz describing three different levels of teams for the different types of scheduling that occurs in college hoops.

The top or 'First Class' can schedule anyone whenever they want.

"...this upper crust includes includes Duke, North Carolina, Kentucky, Kansas, UCLA, Indiana, Connecticut, Michigan State, Maryland and Syracuse..."

Ha, ha, you mean NIT-Maryland is included as upper crust in the same sentence as Duke, UNC, and UCLA??
