wow - Crean filling his 2012-2014 scholarships-- obviously taking a page out of Bruce Weber's playbook in the manner that he solidified his seat as head coach by locking in on really talented youngsters (like Jereme Richmond).
But with the current players he has now and for the next couple years (since he's already maxxed out), he's almost destined to struggle for at least 2-3 more years....will the fans be patient??

BTW -- as demonstrated elsewhere -- so many of these really early verbals (Boatright, Euton, Polee, Jordan Dykstra) end up elsewhere for various reasons, so it's risky...

Probably more symbolic than anything...At least it gets IU and Crean in the media in front of other potential recruits...Trying to make IU relevant...

At least he isn't recruiting 6th graders!
