  • This one's on coach AND players

Yet again, Les allows a 14-0 run before a timeout, just inexplicable how this man does not understand how to use something as simple as a timeout. As for the players, way too many turnovers and poor shooting dooms us again. Thursday beckons.

and correct either one of those (read:coach) and this game is an ugly win.

I don't have the energy to criticize or analyze. They made adjustments and battled their rears off to get it to OT, they just couldn't get a stop. Versace has taken on the role of apologist for tonight. Uggh. A long ride back from Terrible Haute.

Andrew Warren 4-14 29% and that turnover on the easy 2-1 break we had in OT. Unacceptable for a 4th year junior. No more he missed all last season excuses. He needs to decide he wants to play and actually work off the ball and on D.

Drew had a bad shooting night and yes that turnover was bad, but everyone will have that from time to time. He only had 1 turnover which is not bad. As for D, he had 3 steals and a block. How is it you think he was lazy on D?

I don't think you can lay this loss on anyone person's feet.....we came out with the look that Indy St. should lay down for us...and whooops they (IndyST.) came to play. We finally woke up in the 2nd half, but time and again we left them with wide open looks and then knocked them down.

Positives....we did fight and scratched our way back into it...DSE's play.....and the guys did get a scenic drive down to Terre Haute!

True. But his percentage was actually on par with the team as a whole.

I rarely see him chase down a rebound like DSE, EM, and SM do.

Will Jim Les ever admit any responsibility for not having his players ready for a game? Listening to him throw almost everyone else under the bus but nothing he could have done better.

Ridiculous start, fought hard at the end. I don't have much energy to debate this either, but I will agree that you cannot single anyone out, or exclude anyone, in determining where the blame lies.

DSE is going to be the best player on this team this time next year.

The team shot 40% and if you take out AW's shooting the rest of the team shot 44%. You know if you're not feeling it so why keep putting them up. Drive to the basket make stuff happen.

Dick Versace said Jim watched 4 game tapes prior to this game. They had to be ready, right?

My bad. I didn't realize we raised our percentage all the way up to 40%.

Maybe he spent too much time watching tape and not enough time teaching the game plan? Just a thought. Now, if JL could have suited up.......
