This doesn't need to be brought up on here I suppose, but I am going to do it anyways.
What is everyone's opinion of people saving MULTIPLE ROWS of seats in the student section. The doors open at a certain time...yet some people find the way to be in their student seats already with rows saved. They get in long before the doors open. Yeah you have worked your status up over the years to get in early....but be fair.
I was fairly upset on Tuesday night for many reasons.
1. How do you guys get in before the doors open?
2. Multiple seats were being saved for people who couldn't make the sacrifice to get there early enough to get their own. HALF OF THESE PEOPLE I HAVE NEVER SEEN AT A BRADLEY GAME BEFORE IN MY LIFE.
3. The people saving the seats had ATTITUDE. At least dream up a way to convince me otherwise, rather than being D bags about it.
Having been spoken to rudely about the seat saving operations....I digress to this.
Some of us go to every game. We skip classes (not labs mind you) to make it to games and have been going to games for 17 years. We know more about BU basketball tradition and history, then kids who come from "Naperville" (stereotype) , come to a few games, show up at 6:55 pm to the biggest game of the year, and get to sit in front of us.
I got this, "When we were freshman we had to sit in the back"
I am a Junior and have been to more games then most the student section combined...and i would like a some of the respect that you guys demand. Saving seats for your freshman friends....and telling me off....I am upset.
I just ask...that maybe you have a little more consideration for others who arrive well before the doors open as well.
Maybe save a few seats a couple rows back for your "non-deserving" friends. Don't save the entire first two rows.
