Don't forget some other memorable recruits like Robert Whaley. He had a scholarship to Missouri rescinded by Quin Snyder because of two counts of criminal sexual conduct (that trial ended in a mistrial. He then went to junior college and pleaded no contest in a Kansas court in a plea deal that reduced two felony counts of aggravated battery to two misdemeanor counts). Then he was recruited to Cincinnati by Huggins. He continued to have problems, left Cincinnati and finished his playing career at a Div II school.

He also has had a history of the lowest graduation rate in the country (Zero percent for one period monitored by the NCAA), and numerous DUI's, including his own.

He also had Roy Bright charged with a criminal count for firing a handgun on campus. And he vigorously recruited star prep player Tyree Evans despite his rape arrest.
