Some are so quick to rip the PJ Star for supposed 'negative' articles, can we give them the same praise for a positive piece?

I have not read it but I can say DR's articles are generally pretty good. It's those articles from the other guy that bothers me."Educate and inform the whole mass of the people...they are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty."

Dave does a nice job...
Dave: "Not too late for Bradley ...opportunity still lies ahead...this team could be a handful at the MVC tournament ."
Other PJS viewpoint: "Better days are not ahead ...They??re not good enough to .... And they??re not going to be good enough... they??re not good enough to stay out of the play-in round..."

Bradley 72 - Illini 68 Final
???It??s awful hard,???? said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??s a hometown thing. It??s bragging rights.??

He also takes two paragraphs to point out the obvious:
At the same time, though, there must be other thoughts weighing on Bradley Nation. What if the Braves had channeled this kind of focus and efficiency every game instead of just a handful along with spectacular spurts here and there?
One coveted goal ?? the Missouri Valley Conference championship ?? has been squandered amid a pile of defensive breakdowns and blown leads. But Bradley can take solace that much opportunity still lies ahead.
Regardless, your obsession with anyone typing anything remotely negative or not all flowers and lollipops about Warren is ridiculous. In his last 9 games he is shooting 33-89 37%, take out his two v Evansville, he is 23-72 32%. In two games we needed him to show up at ISU and CU he was a combined 7-26 27%.
I am sorry but for someone who has been touted as all MVC and beyond those shooting numbers are not acceptable. If pointing out unimpressive shooting numbers is ripping him then so be it. And I am not even counting his lack luster defensive play. You can talk all day about him being in a slump and "everyone" has them, and sure shooting slumps happen... but great players do not take nights off defensively, they find a way to help their team win and do whatever it takes to win... they do not take intentional fouls with under 3 minutes to play in a one point game.
I sincerely want Andrew Warren to get back to who he was but he needs to do something against somone not named Evansville.
