If I were to list the best five players other than BU, it would be Dillard, Young, Marshall, Lawson, and Murry.
BUT-- I think it would be more fun just to list the players who have done the best specifically AGAINST BRADLEY, in the games we've played against them.....this the VERY first change I'd make to the above list is...
I would leave Eglseder off my list for sure..... as he has never had a real impact in any game against BU.
Even in the game at UNI last week, he was almost invisibble 4/5 of the game and even while playing badly with foul trouble WE held him under his average and forced 4 TO.
That's not to say he isn't capable of having a good game and he has against other teams, but I guess I am not convinced I've ever seen one when he played against us.
Our defenses have always been good against him. In the 3 previous seasons Eglseder has already completed with UNI, Bradley has played them eight times (6 regular season and twice in the MVC Tourney).
In those eight games, Jordan didn't even get into the game twice, was scoreless one other time, and in two games he had either one or zero rebounds.
His point total over the total, 4-season spread and 9 full games against Bradley - 49 points, and he has a total of 36 rebounds in his career vs. BU.
That works out to averages of just 5.4 ppg, 4 rpg in the UNI-BU matchups.
If I had to list, in order, the best players based on their performances against Bradley - here they are --
Weems, Dinma, Dillard, Durley, Josh Young, Tony Freeman, then Lawson...
