A Fair BET
If BU wins tonight the Mods do not let any more Anti-Les sentiments on this board for the rest of the year!! Most agree that the AXE will not fall this year so let's just drop the subject and focus on this stretch run towards the Valley tournament and see where we finish. Some say that players read this message board. If they do we need to give them all the support here and at the games to try and steer them in the right direction. It's probably a pipe dream to get this to happen, but I thought that I would at least try it! I say we beat Drake tonight by double digits! This is a big game in the standings and we really need it! Just a thought...............GO BU!

If they players are worried about what's written on a message board, good or bad, then we have a lot more serious problems to deal with, and they're probably not the kind of players I want. Most of the players I used to know didn't read the boards, just heard what was written from their friends. Not one of them cared one way or the other. This post is silly. Gut check win for BU at home. Nice job men.
I say we give JL another contract extension and $100K per year raise to malke sure he stays at BU for at least another 5 years! Take the pressure off the team and on the coach. Turned the corner. Sky's the limit!
How's that POB?
The season is unfolding like I predicted after the preseason. BU will win some Valley games they shouldn't and lose some games they shouldn't. Result, 9-9 or 10-8, again. May not be enough for post season mid major tournament this year since even BU may not be able to pull in enough fans at home to pay for it. Keeps current program intact for one more try. Gotta hope BU can beat ISU at home later this month, or the ISU fans will become even more insufferable in the off season.
