It's more about getting easy baskets, get the other team out there speeding things up and the team with best athletes and in shape have a chance of coming up on top. Since we do not play great interior D or rebound well let's eliminate that need as much as possible. It is also a ton of fun to watch. How many of you love to watch Missouri play or Arkansas when they played 40 minutes of madness? I know I do!

It takes heart! I've always been told you either have or you do not and it's something really hard for a coach to instill. That is why you see coaches heading to practices more and more for recruiting because the kids with heart play just as hard in practice as in games.
