Lewis Jackson had already missed every Purdue game thus far this season...
all of the first 19 games of the season..........

then last night, with only ten regular season games remaining...
Lewis Jackson is cleared and played...
he only logged 12 minutes..hit one basket, scored 2 pts, no assists, 2 turnovers.
Purdue is 17-3 playing all year thus far without him.
Should he have redshirted this year or will he be happy he gave up the entire season of eligibility?

If he helps Purdue win games in the NCAA tour. then it would be the right choice as with him they are a lot better team plus the amount of money a team receives for every game they advance on in the big dance .This decision is more about the team then the individual.

Purdue needs Lewis if they expect to beat anybody in the tournament. He has to play this season.

He's their starting point guard for a Sweet 16 team and wanted to play. It was a no brainer. The lid came off Mackey when he came in the first time. This is in no way comparable to an unknown enity such as Prosser. Keep his redshirt on and get someone to teach him how post-up and board!
