I love DSE but he is more of a penatator then a shooter. Hope that improves in the next 3 years. Why is it we can't bring in some shooters? Do they not want to come here or can we not identify people who can shoot? The two best shooters we have had in here the past 10 or 12 years were A.Zobrist a walk on and JC who we wanted out of here after his Soph year. Facilities can not be the excuse anymore. LETS GET SOME PLAYERS IN HERE WHO CAN SHOOT!!!!!!!
    What if... you had 2 identical shooters. they go on different teams, but receive equally great offensive instruction. One practices every day vs Dana Altman's D, one practices every day vs our D. Which shooter will look better in games?

        Our team has better stats than CU when it comes to 3-point % defense --
        BU = .319
        CU = .326

        In conference both teams are nearly identical. I guess your hypothesis doesn't really hold water ph.

          I agree BB. But what I can't figure out is HOW these guys are developing into such good players? I mean Merf is gone and we all know he was our only real experienced coach and big man teacher. Could it be possible that maybe - just maybe- Les and his staff know how to develop players after all? Nah! What am I thinking man? That's just crazy talk.

            Congrats to Will-
            PEORIA, Ill. ? For the second straight week, men's basketball sophomore center Will Egolf (Juneau, Alaska/Douglas H.S.) has earned the Inside Bradley Athletics Performance of the Week.

              I think both TB and WE are naturally talented - I think it was just a matter of time before we saw them develop with more experience. This is still really their 1st full year in D-I basketball.

                Too bad we're not seeing what AT can do. He and JP off the bench next year would give us good depth in the low post. I wouldn't be surprised if AT transferred after this season with his limited P.T.

                    AT plays soft and it would probably be a good move for him to go elsewhere if he wants playing time , hopefully J.P. is working hard and will be able to give us much needed inside help next season as we have no depth there.

                      AT won't play out his four years of eligibility at Bradley.

                        Taylor and Will have both gotten much better, AT looks like the same player that 1st arrived here to me, it takes a lot of dedication and a good work ethic to become a better player, some guys are willing to put in the extra hours to improve , I think A.T. seems to be a great kid but to me he just hasn"t gotten any better for whatever reason.
