  • NBA D-League Hold Draft

    The NBA Development League held their Expansion Draft yesterday.
    It didn't get much coverage, but here are the players selected.

    Of interest to Bradley fans, Anthony Grundy (ex-BU recruit who reneged on his LOI and never came to BU) was selected in the 7th round.
    These are players who have already played in the NBDL and are not being protected by their clubs and are being drafted by the new expansion teams.

    Following are the complete results of the 2006 NBA D-League Expansion Draft:

    The regular NBA D-League Draft will be Nov. 2,
    They held the lottery for the draft order this week.
    The Anaheim Arsenal will have the first pick in the 2006 NBA Development League draft.
    Cellus may get drafted, but just so you can see who the players are that are likely to be drafted, here is a listy of all the guys who have been drafted by the D-League that subsequently made it onto NBA team rosters.
