    OK, thanks...just wanted to clarify.

I've already predicted elsewhere on this board... but so again:

Bradley will get into the NIT and get a very winnable game 1st round at home as a 4 seed then get sent to #1 seed UIUC so UIUC and BAM can take back Braggin' Rights' (in one season).

I think you're giving the Illini too much credit. No way they get a #1 seed in the NIT this year...they may not even be NIT-worthy...

I feel a top 3 finish or better & a run to the MVC championship game with a NIT bid would be a success. Anything more would be gravy..

I hope the Illini do better than that, they are our signature win so far this year.

They've really got to punt away the second half of their season to miss the NIT.

BU still has their work cut out to make the NIT.

Successful season? (considering poor non-conf. play and rough conf. start)
              1) Finish at 11-7 (Valley record)
              2) Win BB game
              3) Win Game 1 of Arch Madness
              4) Continue to see DSE get better and EM improve.
              5) Sammy gets Valley 1st team honors.
              6) Avoid championship game loss in .com tournament

I want nothing less then hard physical mentally prepared efforts every single night we go onto the court. NO let downs.

If that happens everything will fall into place and I do not think any conference record less then 12-6 will happen. 11-7 is more likely but, regardless it all starts again on Wednesday.

My goal is to win the game v Creighton setting up a 4 game win streak and a visit ISU red. Its fun to look forward but its more important to look at Creighton and beating them.

JL finally won at SIU, now it is time to take two from Dana.

Successful means meeting & exceeding certain expectations. I'd say getting into the NIT would be successful. Finishing top 3 and doing well in the conference tourney would make me a very happy camper. Those 3 are my criteria and all need to meet or be exceeded to be successful.

Recruit one player who can play d, or one player who can rebound, or one player who can shoot.

Loss to Creighton = Nail in coffin. Season over. Good luck next year Braves! But wtf is wrong with you this year?

                          4 home losses?

                            A successful 2009-10 BU season?

That would be BU winning out, and showing well in the MVC tournament and a NCAA/NIT bid with JL mooning all us doubters at the airport when they leave for a legitimate post season game(s).

OR, BU flaming out, 0-2 vs ISU, Thursday Play In, and No Post Season and then BU Administration throwing in the towel on JL.

Anything other than a 0.500 finish mid pack in the MVC, an early MVC Tourney departure, a couple home wins in the 'Alka Seltzer Shootout' in the post season, and more posts about "just look at everyone coming back next year!"
