Dogsrus, I think you are underestimating the importance of the game that will determine whether or not they cancel the rest of the schedule and scrap the program midseason.

The most important game of the season will always be the next one that BU plays, like they say, one game at a time , Jim Les"s tenure at BU will not change due to one game and I don"t understand why this keeps being posted other then some must really want him to fail. I know that I was not happy about losing games earlier that I felt we should have won but I do feel that BU has a good future ahead .

I think it is more of a superstitious thing. Bradley has been winning since the 'most important game in JL's tenure' threads began and yes I know that it has no impact on the game whatsoever, but I suspect that we will keep seeing this thread not as a serious thread but as a superstitious thread.

I hope your right and I would fully understand it if that is why it is being done.

Thanks and yes...I think its called "having fun". Making light of something that some had fun with.

I was DEAD serious about the original "most importaint" thread. I was serious about the SIU game being a VERY importaint game in JL's tenure. With support falling and crowds sparse, quiet and restless we needed something to spark us.......

A loss at SIU wouldn't have killed us but a win just might propell us to better things.

I'm not real superstious but if we keep winning and the "most importaint' thread remains a part of that winning.....what the heck.

Let's all hope that you didn't just negate the superstition by acknowledging it!

If the Braves lose, it's squarely on your shoulders...just kidding...but really, we'll be there with pitchforks.

In all seriousness, these next three games are very big for the Braves. They could really set themselves up for a top 3 finish with 3 wins.

Well geez, now Bradley has to win for my sake lol

In case something bad happens, I'm glad only a couple on this board know where I live

You are right though in that this 3 game stretch of Creighton, @ISU, and Drake are huge since we are all tied in the standings. 3 wins would be huge

BU players need to approach each remaining game this year as if it were the 'most important game' in JL's (and their) tenure!
